Andrew Chow

Andrew Chow is the President of ST Electronics (Info-Comm Systems) Pte Ltd. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited, ST Electronics (Info-Comm Systems) is a leading system solution company for info-communications, electronics and intelligent transportation systems, serving customers in defence, public and commercial sectors. He was elected as the President of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Singapore (ITSS) in 2015. He is also a Councillor in the Singapore InfoComm Technologies Federation (SiTF) and has served in this capacity since 2010.
