A dedicated team of highly skilled Telstra employees work with some of the world’s most sophisticated management and operational systems to monitor and maintain the network 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Telstra’s Australian and international customers have access to more than 230 countries and territories via a network of interconnected digital gateway exchanges and major satellite earth station complexes.

This tour will provide a unique opportunity to showcase the integration of future technologies; essential to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring Telstra remains a world leader in the communications industry. The GOC tours program is a memorable and inspiring experience and will give an overview of our history, current network and technology management, incident and emergency management as well as our Customer Experience focus and global connectivity and management.
